GENERAL REMODELING PROJECT PHOTOS

The homeowner had an unfinished attic; however, they wanted to use their attic space for extra storage.  We began the project by cutting a manhole and adding a set of stairs.  New flooring was installed; the flooring was raised to avoid plumbing pipes.  Lighting was also added for convenience.  The homeowner now has the advantage of an additional 16’ X 20’ storage area.

This homeowner went from wrought iron railing to beautifully crafted wood railing.  W.E. Bilbrey removed the old railing and installed the oak wood railing on both levels. The wood was stripped and painted for a beautiful finish. Matching paneling was added to the wall on the bottom level.

This home had some siding damage, and we were called to repair the siding on the side of the house. The homeowner did not want to replace all of the siding; they were only looking to repair the damaged siding. They also wanted the new siding to match their existing siding and we were happy to accommodate them. They were very pleased when the projected was done.

The homeowner contacted us to add to their roof structure and cover their patio for those hot summer days. We extended the roof and added one skylight. The homeowner wanted it to look as though the roof had always been there, and that nothing had been added and we did just that. The trellises are custom made out of cedar, which gives the house a pleasant and authentic look.
