SIDING PROJECT PHOTOS

This homeowner contacted W.E. Bilbrey when the metal siding on the west side of their house suffered damage from a fallen tree. The siding on the entire house was replaced with a durable, weather resistant vinyl siding. The new fade resistant low-maintenance vinyl siding, in a bold Mountain Blue color, has a freshly painted look year round.  All trim, gutters and shutters were replaced in a contrasting white, and the garage doors were painted in a coordinating white. Door molding was added around the entrance for a more sophistic look.

This homeowner contacted W.E. Bilbrey regarding the water damaged stucco and cedar siding. The damaged siding was removed on the gable ends of the home and new siding was installed. The vents were rebuilt and a drip edge was added to allow for drainage which helped prevent future damage. The trim was then painted for an appealing finished look.

The aluminum siding on this home was removed and replaced with a 50-year, easy to maintain, vinyl siding. To better insulate the home, 1/4” core board was used prior to installing the siding: color -coordinated trim, shutters, gutters and down pipes completed the look. A stand alone garage with matching siding was also constructed. The completed project resulted in a home with curb-side appeal that is easier to maintain and offered lower energy costs.

This house had an older roof that need replaced. The old roof was completely torn off and re-roofed with a 25 year shingle. New flashing, drip metal, and new ventilation were also installed. The new homeowner not only enjoys the new look of the roof, but also the energy saving benefits year round.

This commercial building was given a complete face lift with new siding, windows and complimenting accessories. The entire roof was also torn off and replaced with a new energy-efficient roof and shingles. To go along with the lighter look of the exterior, the interior was brightened with the addition of a skylight. The results were dramatic! It didn't take long for the owner to realize that the curb appeal was drawing in new customers and the return on investment was well worth the initial cost.

When it was time to give this home a fresh look with new siding, we were giving the task, and we were happy to take it on. The homeowner received new vinyl siding, 14 new windows, and new vents. The transformation was amazing and it gave this homeowner excellent curb appeal.
