Two in one is what our homeowner wanted and two in one is what he got. Our homeowner wanted a two car garage with a separate work shop area. The new garage/work shop is 28 x 40 providing plenty of space for our homeowner. The homeowner also opted for a heating and cooling system, which we were happy to accommodate. The homeowner was elated with the finished project.
