Aging In Place Remodel 11

We were called upon to remodel this bathroom to make it more accessible. We removed the existing wall between the vanity and shower area to open the room up. We installed a new Sterling shower base and installed new tile on the shower walls. The tile is laid out in a standard pattern then an accent tile was added and the top of the shower is laid in a diagonal pattern. We installed new Moen shower faucet with a handheld shower faucet. We added two can lights to the shower area and grab bars for accessibility. We installed a new vanity, countertop with sink and additional can lights and grab bars for accessibility were added. New flooring and trim completed the bathroom . Once complete the customer was thrilled with the results.
