Aging In Place Remodel 4

This homeowner was looking to have a new concrete ramp put in for easy access in and out of their home. We were called and were pleased to accept the challenge. We removed the existing concrete landing and step. We water proofed the new landing, because the homeowner had a previous leak in their basement from the old landing. We also added hand rails to each side of the new concrete landing. Once it was all said and done we had accomplished everything the homeowner was envisioning.
