Attic Remodel

We were called upon to remodel the attic of this home. We removed a built-in closet that separated two rooms in this attic, opening the space up. We removed a section of the wall coming up the steps and built a knee wall. The owner found a beautiful piece of reclaimed wood for the top of this knee wall that we installed. We installed new insulation and drywall after finishing the framing. We painted the walls and ceiling. We removed the existing windows and installed new vinyl windows. We installed new carpet and trim to finish the space. For additional storage space we built a new closet at the back of the stairwell and framed in three access panels for storage on the sides of the attic space. Upon completion the owner was thrilled with the results.
