Back Porch

This client had recently built a new home but wanted to make certain modifications to better fit their lifestyle. To achieve a picturesque backyard and lively gathering place for friends and family, we came together to construct a large roof on the back of the home. We began by pouring a large concrete pad with enough room for the overhead structure and a place to set a hot tub. The gabled patio cover was outfitted with two large ceiling fans, multiple outlets, a large spot light towards the backyard, and a place for a mounted television. Altogether, this project created a beautiful addition for new memories to be made.
